Bart Beck Autobiography
Bart Beck was born October 20, 1910 on an eighty-acre farm in Porter Township, Van Buren County, Michigan. He moved to Three Rivers with his family in the spring of 1920. He is pictured here with his loving wife of 67 1/2 years.
Bart passed away at the age of 91 years in Los Gatos, California on February 3, 2002, after a brief illness.

The historical plaque reads tell of Mountain Charley' McKiernan, one of the earliest residents of the Santa Cruz Mountains, and his settlement of the area in 1850.
